Cup Coffee

Cup Coffee, West End

Dear readers,

I am back! I had to take a break from blogging for a while due to my busy rotation and I was less motivated to blog over the past few weeks due to stress... However, hopefully I will be able to write more food reviews when I procrastinate from my studies (like now!). :)

So, back to the real topic here which is food, of course!

Klin and myself visited Cup at West End when I returned from Mackay. This is many months ago now! We were able to catch up over coffee and some meals at Cup. There are plenty of street parkings available especially on a weekday.

The meals available at Cup are rather simple, cheap and small in portions. Klin had one of the specials of the day while I had their chorizo beans.

Her dish was simple and fresh and the egg was poached to perfection. Not bad!

The chorizo beans were quite flavoursome with soft cooked mixed beans (consisting of kidney beans and maybe adzuki beans?). One toast is certainly not enough! An extra piece of toast may be good to soak all the tomato-ey chorizo beans.

I don't have any complain about the coffee at all (especially just returning from Mackay!).

Personally, I think Cup is more established for their coffee instead of the food. Not a bad place. :)

PS: Final year exams in about 6 weeks time, so blogging may stop at the meantime.
